Yesterday was one of those days.
It just felt like too much.
I sat on my couch and honestly didn’t want to move.
No big reason. No single thing I could point to. Just the weight of everything piling up—work, responsibilities, expectations, life… all of it.
And instead of forcing myself to push through, I gave myself permission to just pause.
Then I saw these words:
BREATHE.
ALL WE HAVE IS NOW.
RELAX.
YOU’RE OK.
It felt like exactly what I needed to hear.
Life is full of pressure. Sometimes we just need to step back, breathe, and realign.
Not everything needs to be figured out today.
Sometimes resting is part of moving forward.
Today, I’m feeling a little lighter.
And I’m reminding myself to be present, give myself some grace, and take it one moment at a time. 🤍

Today I experienced the magic of the Crystal Caves in Bermuda… and I’m still in awe. ✨🌍
As I ventured deep beneath the earth, I learned that over 100 years ago, two teenagers discovered these incredible caves while searching for a lost cricket ball.
A lost ball led to hidden beauty.
It made me wonder...
What hidden treasures are waiting to be discovered within each of us?
We are nature too. 🌿
We all have gifts, talents, wisdom, and magic that can remain hidden until we’re brave enough to explore our own inner caves. Beyond the fear. Beyond the doubt. Beyond what we think we know about ourselves.
The greatest discoveries aren’t always found in the world around us—they’re often found within.

Today, 6.30am our time, afternoon in 🇮🇳 India, we did an exciting teacher training on implementing our Free The Mind Co, Freeing Freddie the Dream Weaver program.
No matter where we live, teachers play a major role in developing and nurturing our children. The joy that we all experienced during this session was palpable even over a virtual session !! Our programs show how important emotional understanding and intelligence is bringing wellbeing to the fore.
It’s only through partnership and collaboration that we can make true global impact !!!
