Connect better. Communicate better. Lead better.
That was the theme as we facilitated a day with an international corporate leadership team.
We took them on a journey to better understand themselves, each other, and how they work together as a team.
We explored how we communicate, what gets in the way of connection, and how small shifts in the way we show up can change the way a team works together.
Because leadership isn’t just about what you know. It’s about how you show up, how you listen, and how you connect.
And sometimes, the most powerful thing you can do is pause.
The power is in the pause. ✨

Yesterday was one of those days.
It just felt like too much.
I sat on my couch and honestly didn’t want to move.
No big reason. No single thing I could point to. Just the weight of everything piling up—work, responsibilities, expectations, life… all of it.
And instead of forcing myself to push through, I gave myself permission to just pause.
Then I saw these words:
BREATHE.
ALL WE HAVE IS NOW.
RELAX.
YOU’RE OK.
It felt like exactly what I needed to hear.
Life is full of pressure. Sometimes we just need to step back, breathe, and realign.
Not everything needs to be figured out today.
Sometimes resting is part of moving forward.
Today, I’m feeling a little lighter.
And I’m reminding myself to be present, give myself some grace, and take it one moment at a time. 🤍

Our dreams can make us feel so small and so empowered at the same time. ✨
Being brave while feeling scared and vulnerable can feel like walking a tightrope. But step by step, we move forward.
And when we look back, we realise just how far we’ve come.
So don’t stop dreaming. 🌱
Keep going. Keep that spark alive. 🔥
Because while you’re growing your dream, you’re growing too. ❤️

At the start of each year, both parents and kids have increased anxiety. It’s at this time we can do a lot to support our kids in starting their year off positively. Whether it’s homeschooling or public/private schools this is important for everyone. Sending positive vibes for a great school year ahead !! #school #newyear #emotions #anxiety #joy

Today I experienced the magic of the Crystal Caves in Bermuda… and I’m still in awe. ✨🌍
As I ventured deep beneath the earth, I learned that over 100 years ago, two teenagers discovered these incredible caves while searching for a lost cricket ball.
A lost ball led to hidden beauty.
It made me wonder...
What hidden treasures are waiting to be discovered within each of us?
We are nature too. 🌿
We all have gifts, talents, wisdom, and magic that can remain hidden until we’re brave enough to explore our own inner caves. Beyond the fear. Beyond the doubt. Beyond what we think we know about ourselves.
The greatest discoveries aren’t always found in the world around us—they’re often found within.
Here’s to having the courage to go deeper, uncover what’s been waiting all along, and share those gifts with the world. 💛
What hidden gift are you discovering in yourself? I’d love to hear.
