In this issue of Breathe | Listen | Connect I wanted to talk about how if you have a tendency to be anxious or fearful this will exacerbate that; if you are pensive and seek meaning that will be your go to and if you are peaceful you will become more so. There have been so many beautiful stories about people helping neighbors, children painting rainbows and thank you notes for essential workers, neighborhoods and cities joining together and cheering and clapping those amazing people who are looking after us and making sure we survive let alone live!

These are challenging times so sadness, anger, irritation, anxiety and fear are all normal. Be gentle with yourself and others and always show compassion. Take a breath and move forward with conscious choices and actions to center yourself once more.
